Gone Girl by Gillian Flynn

This audiobook captured and kept my attention throughout, which is the trademark of a good psychologicalImage suspense thriller. I was obsessed with knowing what could possibly coming next. As the puzzle unfolded, however, I had a difficult time continuing to like the characters enough to care what happened to them. A little bit of the credibility slipped for me by part three, which was disappointing. I read this purely due to the popularity of the book and wanting to know what all the fuss was about. Quite a few book clubs are reading this title, which I could see as being a good move, since any two people are likely to interpret the actions by the various characters differently and a good discussion about ethical lines, the bounds of marriage, sociopaths is always a good way to spend an hour. Note: This book is filled with strong language and some sexual violence.
